Welcome to the SFX Training Portal!
As your company’s training service provider, SFX is committed to providing you with the best possible online training delivery, which is also specially designed to be flexible and personalized to enable you to obtain a gaming license from PAGCOR at the soonest possible time.
Your name is registered by your company under one of the following three training participant categories required by PAGCOR to take and pass a specified number of courses:
Provisional OGEL Participant—Four (4) courses.
Regular OGEL (Rank and File Participant)—Seven (7) courses.
Regular OGEL (supervisory and Managerial Participant)—Eleven (11) courses.
The job of SFX is to help you in every way it can from now until you finish the number of courses that are required by making learning meaningful, simple and fun, at the same time.
For starters, we’d like you to have the right frame of mind with minimal or zero distractions around you when taking the courses. The courses are all in video format, are easy to follow and to understand.
You can attend the courses at your convenience wherever you are; even pause and continue at a later time until you finish.
When viewing a course video, we encourage you to write down your questions and clarifications, if any, and to submit them to your company representative who will be forwarding them, in turn, to SFX.
Meanwhile, the test required by PAGCOR can be administered immediately after you’ve finished a course, OR after you’ve finished a course and have also taken the review and practice test being offered by SFX. Either way, it is your company that is deciding when it will be administered and be the one to notify you about the matter accordingly.
The passing rate of the test that you’re required to take for each and every specified course is sixty (60) percent
As a valued customer of SFX, your company was asked to make additional choices in order to suit the training delivery to your specific needs and preferences. Thus, before actually taking the courses and for you to benefit the most from the training, SFX recommends that you also find out from the officer in charge of the training in your company about the following:
If you will be attending a live review and taking a practice test together with your fellow participants before actually taking the real test.
If you’ll be receiving your e-certificate for having passed the test right after you’ve submitted it.
How much time you are allowed to complete and pass a course (example: one week, a month, open ended).
How many times you are allowed to take the test in order to pass it.
At this point, dear applicant OGEL, you’re really only several short courses away from a gaming license that you can be truly proud of.
